1. Subscription and Access

By subscribing via Stripe, you gain access to the Lexiage curriculum, Word Workshops, and Lexi-AI tools. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

2. Educational Results Disclaimer (The "Gym" Policy)

Lexiage provides cognitive science-backed learning tools, but cognitive growth requires active execution.

No Guaranteed Outcomes: Results vary. Every child and student possesses unique learning speeds, styles, and cognitive abilities.

The Commitment Principle: Much like purchasing a gym membership will not build physical fitness without consistent physical exercise, merely paying for a Lexiage subscription will not improve vocabulary.

Active Usage Required: Actual language acquisition depends entirely on the user's personal dedication, consistency, engagement, and regular usage of the software's active production tools.

3. User-Created Wordlists and Community Sharing

All wordlists created by users belong to the user who created them. Users may choose to make wordlists available to other users within the app through the Community page. If a user shares a wordlist, other users may be able to view, use, and learn from that shared content inside Lexiage.

4. Flashing Content Warning

Lexiage mastery modes use rapid word flashes as part of the learning experience. This may not be suitable for people who are sensitive to flashing visual content, including users with photosensitive epilepsy or related conditions. Users and guardians should exercise caution and stop using flashing modes if discomfort occurs.
